Can I use Sham Al Waseet without creating an account?
You can browse listings and contact sellers without an account, but you'll need to register to post your own listings.
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Login," then select "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions sent to your email or phone.
Posting Listings
How do I post a listing?
Log in to your account, click the "Post Ad" button, select a category, and follow the step-by-step process to add details, photos, and contact preferences.
Is there a fee to post listings?
Basic listings are free. Premium features, such as promoted listings, may be available for a fee.
How many photos can I add to my listing?
You can add up to 12 photos per listing. We recommend adding clear images from different angles to help buyers make informed decisions.
How long do listings stay active?
Listings remain active indefinitely. You can set custom start and end dates for your listings if you prefer.
Buying & Communication
How do I contact a seller?
If the seller has enabled it, use the Phone or WhatsApp buttons on the listing. You can also look in the listing description for contact information.
Does Sham Al Waseet handle payments?
No, we don't process payments between buyers and sellers. Transactions are handled directly between users, typically in person with cash.
What should I do if a listing seems suspicious?
Please contact our support team through the Contact page to report any suspicious activity.
